The Mulligan Brothers met up with transformational speaker and author Garrain Asé for a deeply vulnerable conversation about survival, personal transformation, and what it truly takes to break free from the past.
From enduring childhood trauma and the tragic loss of his father to serving over two years in a French prison and living out of his car, Garrain hit absolute rock bottom before discovering the profound power of inner child work. Alongside his wife, Blair, Garrain shares the raw reality of confronting suppressed emotional wounds, breaking unconscious behavioral loops, and reconnecting with the authentic spark within. If you’ve ever felt held back by past pain or disconnected from who you are, this video offers a powerful roadmap to heal, forgive, and choose yourself.
