Are your dumbbells taking you for a ride?
With bent-over rows, a few small adjustments can make a big difference. Before adding more weight, make sure you can hold a strong hinge, keep your core braced, drive your elbows back, and control the weight in both directions.
This becomes even more important in my latest workout, where we add isometric row holds. While one arm rows, the other holds, increasing time under tension and challenging your back and core to stay strong and stable as fatigue starts to set in.
My rule: own the position → control the reps → then add the weight.
Save this for your next upper body workout, and then come try those iso holds with me in my latest workout! https://gofb.info/StrongSculpted2Day4
