Why Mobility Matters: Reset, Recover, and Move Better

Lifted yesterday. Filming today. Jiu-Jitsu tonight.

That’s a lot on the body. And I know a lot of you have days like that, too.

When your week stacks up, stiffness builds. From sitting. From stress. From not moving enough.
That’s why I don’t skip mobility.

Sometimes I’ll run through Kayla’s Express Floor Mobility for Lower Body.

And when I want something more focused, I grab a foam roller.
