Success Starts With Knowing Your Why

Here’s the question I ask everyone I mentor: Why are you doing this? Not what—why. Because the what will get hard. The what will get boring. The what will test you. But if your why is strong enough if it’s tied to something you deeply care about—you’ll push through when others quit. Find your why. Write it down. Read it on the hard days. It’s the fuel that keeps the fire going when the wood runs out.
