🚨NEW CHALLENGE🚨5 Day Trainer Series: For Seasoned Exercisers with Brian

I’ve been working on something a little different lately.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of people who wanted to train but felt like most workouts just didn’t fit where they were at. This new 5-day challenge is built around a different approach.

No weights.
No floor work.
No complicated setups.

Just slower, controlled movement using standing and seated exercises focused on strength, posture, balance, coordination, mobility, and movement confidence.

This challenge is for people who still want to train but may need something more approachable right now. Whether you’re getting older, coming back from an injury, dealing with joint limitations, or just looking for a more manageable way to move, this was built with that in mind.

And honestly, helping people find ways to keep training without forcing something that doesn’t fit has become one of my favorite parts of coaching.
