I was having issues reconnecting my Google Nest Hub Max after I got a new wifi router. It wouldn’t connect to the new router so I needed to factory reset the device to enter the new wifi information.

How To Factory Reset Google Nest Hub Max:
1) Plug in the device and make sure it is powered up.
2) On the back side of the device there is a singular button that is used for both volume up and volume down. You press it down on both ends the volume up and down at the same time and hold down for approximately 10 seconds. It will then begin a countdown, continue holding the buttons down at the same time until the countdown completes.
