1) The Amazon Echo Hub needs to be plugged in and powered up in order to be reset.
2) Click on the touch screen and pull down the top menu to access the menu options.
3) Click on the settings menu.
4) Scroll down to device options and select.
5) Scroll down to and select “Reset Echo Hub”
6) Click reset to factory defaults and confirm.
