How To Factory Reset Sonos One Smart Speaker:
1) Unplug the speaker from the wall for 10 seconds, after that hold down the infinity button on the back of the speaker until and keep holding without letting up while plugging the device back in.
2) With the device plugged back in and still holding the infinity button wait until the light on the top of the speaker turns orange. Once it does you can release the infinity button.
3) About 15-60 seconds after the light on the top of the speaker turns orange the light will turn green. When the light on the top of the device turns green it means that your sonos one speaker is ready to set back up.
