Day #4 of Pumped with Tasha! Turkish Get-Up Tip!

I hope you’re enjoying my latest 10-day challenge so far! On Day 4, we slow things down with a yoga-inspired active recovery routine that ends with some targeted core skills practice – the Turkish Get-Up. This full body integrated movement pattern requires core strength, total body stability, and mind-body awareness that translates to improved performance in other training modalities (especially lifting!).
