You don’t need a complicated plan to get a good workout in.

If you’ve got 20 minutes, here’s a simple way to build one:

Pick 5 big moves:
•Squat
•Push
•Pull
•Lunge or balance
•Core

Set a timer for 5 rounds

40 seconds on / 20 seconds off

That’s it. 20 minutes. Full body.

In the video, I showed dumbbell and bodyweight options, goblet squats or bodyweight squats, floor press or push-ups, reverse lunges, single-leg deadlifts, and airplane holds.
Keep it simple. Hit the big patterns. Move with purpose.
