✈️ Airport Security International Travel Tips:
💙 Have ticket and passport easily accessible for multiple pass throughs. In Amsterdam we only had to put our bags through screening once.
💙 I did not have to take out my Dutch cheeses. They were shrink-wrapped. We THINK that is the only way you are allowed to #travelwithcheese
Tip: If in Amsterdam you must taste and buy from @demannenvankaas cheese deli 📍 Spuistraat 330, Amsterdam, Netherlands
💙 I did not have to show my larger bottle of prescription shampoo in Amsterdam or in Houston!
⚠️ TIP: I did tell the Security officer that I had cheese and large shampoo, and she said, “No worries. Leave it in your carry-on bags.”
💙 Since we checked in online, the ticketing counter agent told us we did not have to stand in the long line. TIP: Be at the airport 2 hours before boarding time because lines were long. We were 2nd in line and it took 15 minutes to be called forward in ticketing.
