This 6-exercises EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout is enjoyably challenging! Here are a couple of tips to prepare you for a positive workout experience:
1-There’s no water break during the 24-minute EMOM portion of this workout! Take water as many times as needed, whenever you want it!
2-Make the goal rep ranges fit your current training needs! Using lighter weights? Feel free to increase your goal reps to increase the challenge. Heavier weights? You can decrease the goal reps so that you can push your weight selections.
