10 Minutes to Fix Your Knees Forever

In this video, I will teach you why it is important to train specific muscles around your knee to decrease knee pain as well as your chances of injury. I completed these exercises several times a week in order to rehab my knee after an injury from competing on the new TV competition show, iFit Trainer Games.

Many people suffer an injury, and they never fully come back to their normal selves. It is not always the injury itself that is holding them back.

BONUS: An exercises I often substituted for Spanish squats are Wall sits, which allowed me to crush the quads with an isometric movement, saving my knee joint from too much manipulation, while also getting some work done. Your muscles need stimulation and activation for health, not just rest and leaving it alone.
