My first Jiu Jitsu competition is in the books. Had a great time. Can't wait to do it again..

We didn’t always live in houses or drive around in nice cars to the grocery stores to pick up food, water and other necessities. There was a time we had to hunt and gather to survive. So there was an incentive to being strong fast and resilient.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my home, my truck, and many of the other conveniences technology advances has given us. But what I don’t appreciate, is how weak and dependent it can make you overtime, IF you allow it.

When I first started posting on social media my goal was to educate and motivate. And it slowly morphed into me simply being the example of what we needed to see more of in this world, Super humans.
Not to be confused with a comic book character, but a real life human that has chosen not to take the path of least resistance.

A man that has decided to choose discipline over dopamine. A woman that can place her mind over matter. A person that will ultimately rise above the average human standards and endure what others aren’t willing to.

Someone able to embrace the Tough Times and come out the other end with new tools and talents ready for another challenge.
