Hey everyone, itโ€™s Erica. My favorite kind of cardio these days is low impact cardio. Itโ€™s less jarring on the body, and it seems to get me more into my muscles, which I prefer. Low impact does not mean low intensity. All of these examples in my video were exercises from week 1 day 3 of the current program.
