The challenge pushed my physical and mental limits—so much so that just a little past halfway, I had to drop the backpack to complete the final mile.

I took on a brutal 6-mile ruck march carrying 122 lbs on my back. It was supposed to be just another workout… but this one hit different.
⚔️ Blisters. Pain. Doubt. Reflection. Breakthrough.
At mile five, with blisters tearing through my left foot, I had to let go of the weight—a symbol of carrying 30% of my family’s weight—and finish the final mile unburdened. What happened next broke me… and built me.
And just when I thought I had nothing left, I saw them—my family, surprising me at the finish line. That hug? That moment? Made it all worth it.
